The 2026 FAI Chinese Taipei Open Drone Soccer Championship is listed on the event calendar of the FAI, the World Air Sports Federation. The listing gives the dates as 18 to 20 December 2026 and the location as Taichung, Chinese Taipei. A Mirror Media news report says that from 18 to 20 December this year, Taiwan will hold its first FAI international drone soccer event. The report says the Chinese Taipei team, which won the F9A-B title at the 2026 FAI Hong Kong Open, hopes to use that win as a starting point to bring more young people into tech sports, and it calls on the public to come to the home event at the end of the year.
